This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use applies to neillashermusicfund.org (the “Site”), which is operated for The Neil Lasher Music Fund (the “Fund,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Fund is an independent 501(c)(3) organization and is administered by Caron Treatment Centers (“Caron”).
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of This Site
This Site provides information about The Neil Lasher Music Fund, including how to seek help, donate, attend events, share a story, or otherwise support the Fund.
This Site is not a crisis hotline, emergency service, medical platform, patient portal, or online treatment service. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or legal advice through the Site.

By submitting content to us, you grant the Fund, and those acting on its behalf in administering or promoting the Fund, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and republish that content in connection with the Fund’s mission, including on the Site, social media, fundraising materials, marketing materials, and presentations.
We are not obligated to publish any submission, and we may remove or decline content at our discretion.
Please do not submit confidential information or private information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.
6. Donations, Events, and Third-Party Services
Some donations, ticketing, communications, embeds, forms, videos, maps, social features, or other services may be handled through third-party service providers or linked third-party websites.
We may share information with those providers, and with Caron where necessary for administration of the Fund, as reasonably necessary for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, event management, communications, or technical support.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites, tools, or services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We do not sell personal information.

If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Fund, Caron in its role administering the Fund, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

The Site may include links to social media platforms, partner organizations, event pages, or other third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse the third party, its content, or its services.
Content posted to public social media platforms is public by nature. Do not share information in public comments or social channels that you want kept private.

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page, unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.
