This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use applies to neillashermusicfund.org (the “Site”), which is operated for The Neil Lasher Music Fund (the “Fund,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Fund is an independent 501(c)(3) organization and is administered by Caron Treatment Centers (“Caron”).
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of This Site
This Site provides information about The Neil Lasher Music Fund, including how to seek help, donate, attend events, share a story, or otherwise support the Fund.
This Site is not a crisis hotline, emergency service, medical platform, patient portal, or online treatment service. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or legal advice through the Site.

By submitting content to us, you grant the Fund, and those acting on its behalf in administering or promoting the Fund, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and republish that content in connection with the Fund’s mission, including on the Site, social media, fundraising materials, marketing materials, and presentations.
We are not obligated to publish any submission, and we may remove or decline content at our discretion.
Please do not submit confidential information or private information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

6. Donations, Events, and Third-Party Services
Some donations, ticketing, communications, embeds, forms, videos, maps, social features, or other services may be handled through third-party service providers or linked third-party websites.
We may share information with those providers, and with Caron where necessary for administration of the Fund, as reasonably necessary for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, event management, communications, or technical support.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites, tools, or services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We do not sell personal information.
We may share information:

• with service providers working on behalf of the Fund

• with Caron as administrator of the Fund

• when you ask us to do so

• to protect the rights, safety, or security of individuals or the Site

• to investigate fraud, abuse, or misuse

• if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process

If the Site or the Fund’s operations are reorganized, transferred, or merged, information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we maintain. No website, email transmission, or internet-based system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
